Permanent Identity
PetBook provides a permanent digital record tied to a physical microchip. Users agree to provide accurate microchip data. Misrepresenting ownership of a pet via a microchip ID is grounds for immediate account termination.
Transfer of Ownership
Pet records are designed to follow the pet. If a pet is legally transferred to a new owner, the digital profile and its history should be transferred via our secure ownership handoff tool.
